Pronto AI is hiring a remote Field Operations Manager to support the deployment and commissioning of autonomous haulage systems across multiple mine sites. The role tracks equipment, installation, permitting, production, safety, and administrative issues; coordinates with customer and internal teams; supports training and handover; and travels short-term to sites for troubleshooting. Candidates need 3–7 years of mining, heavy equipment, or industrial field operations experience, strong organizational and cross-timezone communication skills, and willingness to travel; a mining engineering degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
