Description
Traversal is hiring an AI Adoption Engineer to own the end-to-end adoption of its AI Site Reliability Engineering platform across enterprise customer accounts. The role covers activation, scaling, optimization, and value realization; customer enablement; custom integrations and prompt engineering; accuracy debugging; product feedback; quarterly business reviews; and expansion opportunities. It requires at least five years of technical customer-facing experience, strong distributed-systems and AI-agent troubleshooting knowledge, executive and engineer communication skills, and experience driving adoption in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. The full-time, in-person role is based in New York and offers a $150,000–$300,000 OTE base salary plus equity and benefits.
