Description
Blue Light Card is hiring a fixed-term AI Adoption Programme Manager to lead its AI adoption programme across the Inform, Engage, and Embed phases. The role owns role-specific learning pathways, peer-led learning mechanics, the AI Champions Network, adoption measurement, and progress reporting to the Chief People Officer. It requires experience with large-scale AI or organisation-wide behaviour change programmes, change management, instructional design, enterprise AI tools, and prompt engineering or AI workflow design. The role is hybrid, with offices in Leicestershire or London, and runs for up to 12 months.
