Description
The AI Adoption Manager leads enterprise AI adoption programs for financial-services clients, guiding teams from assessment through workshops, hands-on enablement, champion development, and self-sufficient daily use. The role owns client relationships, adoption health, measured business impact, responsible-AI guardrails, and opportunities for account expansion. It requires 5+ years of change management, enablement, digital-transformation consulting, or enterprise software rollout experience, strong workshop and AI fluency, and fluent English. The position is fully remote, full-time contractor work with a monthly base plus expansion revenue upside, unlimited PTO, and compensation described as competitive.
