Neurons Lab is hiring an AI Adoption Program Manager to own the engineering enablement track for a major iGaming client. The role cascades CTO vision into engineering teams, packages working practices into reusable artifacts, transfers successful practices across companies, runs validation and demo cadences, and measures developer productivity and quality outcomes. It requires hands-on fluency with agentic coding stacks, AI architecture, technical facilitation, and engineering-leadership credibility, along with experience leading AI adoption or developer enablement in an organization of 20+ engineers.
