Description
Moneta is hiring an AI Advisor to translate financial advisor experience into scalable AI-enabled workflows and solutions. The role maps advisor workflows, identifies repetitive processes, designs and tests AI-supported workflows across client communications, financial planning, CRM, portfolio research, business development, compliance, and other advisory activities, and develops reusable prompts, agents, templates, and automation tools. The AI Advisor will also translate requirements to technology and enterprise teams, provide hands-on training, establish adoption and utilization metrics, and share best practices. The position requires 10+ years of financial advisory or senior advisory-team experience, familiarity with CRM and advisor technology, experience with artificial intelligence and automation, and the ability to work collaboratively with advisors, technology, operations, and senior leadership.
