Inetum is hiring an AI Agent Developer to design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence agents supporting business processes. The role focuses on generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent architectures, enterprise system integration, workflow orchestration, prompt and tool development, and production monitoring and optimization. The position requires prior AI-agent development experience, knowledge of relevant AI frameworks, cloud and programming skills, and Portuguese fluency; it starts immediately and follows a hybrid schedule in Lisbon.
