Description
Decagon is hiring a full-time AI Agent Development Manager to build and scale AI agents for enterprise customers. The role owns agent-development strategy and execution, designs repeatable build playbooks, improves delivery through automation and operational design, partners with customer, sales, product, and engineering teams, and leads complex rollouts. Candidates should have at least four years of customer-facing technical experience, experience leading complex software or AI deployments, technical fluency with SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs, and strong operational and communication skills.
