Binance is hiring an AI Infra Research Engineer to work at the intersection of frontier model capabilities and real-world agent deployment. The role combines research, experimentation, prototype development, and production engineering across Agentic RAG, retrieval pipelines, agent harnesses, benchmarking, evaluation, and real-world feedback loops. Candidates need at least one year of hands-on experience with LLM, RAG, and AI agent systems, strong production-retrieval and agent-engineering expertise, independent research capability, and proficiency with AI-assisted development.
