Sierra is hiring an AI Agent Engineer to design and deliver production-grade AI agents for travel, transportation, and hospitality customers. The role owns the agent development lifecycle from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration, partners with large enterprises and startups, and contributes to the evolution of Sierra’s core platform. Candidates should have experience building and scaling production systems, strong technical problem-solving skills, customer-facing experience, and fluency in Spanish and English; experience with AI/LLM systems, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, React, TypeScript, or Go is preferred.
