Sierra is hiring an AI Agent Engineer to design, build, deploy, and continuously improve production-grade AI agents for enterprise and startup customers. The role owns the agent development lifecycle, partners with customers, shapes the core platform, and requires professional fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English, experience building production systems, strong technical problem-solving, and customer-facing communication. Preferred qualifications include AI/LLM production experience, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, React, TypeScript, and Go.
