Replit is hiring an AI Agent Security Architect to serve as the primary technical authority for securing autonomous AI agents. The role designs runtime guardrails, sandboxing architectures, permission models, threat models, red-teaming programs, observability standards, and enterprise security documentation, while partnering with engineering, infrastructure, GRC, and sales teams. Candidates need at least six years of security engineering or architecture experience, including two or more years focused on AI/ML security, LLM application security, or agentic frameworks, along with relevant programming and risk-management expertise.
