Aegis AI is hiring an AI Alchemist to act as a technical and strategic force multiplier for the CEO and founding team. The role owns rapid prototyping of AI agents and workflows, builds prototypes and interactive demos for executives and investors, automates company operations, aligns Product, Engineering, and GTM teams, and tests emerging AI technologies. Candidates should be AI builders comfortable with Python, LLM APIs, LangChain or LlamaIndex, and modern deployment stacks, with 3–6+ years of experience in a startup, AI research lab, or founder-led environment.
