Description

REAL is hiring an AI Algorithm Engineer to design and implement advanced algorithmic workflows for its real estate AI execution platform. The role focuses on building end-to-end data digestion pipelines, integrating classical algorithms with LLM-centric workflows, developing agentic customer-facing systems, and creating evaluation infrastructure. The engineer will primarily use Python and TypeScript, with a focus on moving from prototype to production while maintaining correctness, scalability, and measurable quality.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: MSc or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience in data science, algorithm development, or applied research engineering roles
Experience building complex algorithmic workflows beyond model calls, including multi-stage pipelines, feature extraction, structure inference, and optimization
Experience designing and maintaining evaluation frameworks for classical algorithms and LLM workflows
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with TypeScript
Familiarity with vector databases and scalable retrieval architectures
Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks and tool-driven reasoning systems
Experience deploying AI workflows into production with monitoring, guardrails, and iteration loops
