Description
The Sales & Finance AI Quality and Team Lead will own the accuracy, validation, and quality framework for AI chat assistants serving Finance users and executives. The role leads analysts, coordinates with data engineering, IT, PMO, and Finance stakeholders, manages prioritization and release testing, prevents hallucinations, responds to incidents, and supports adoption and governance. It requires a bachelor's degree, 7+ years of relevant experience, advanced SQL and Snowflake skills, AI/LLM knowledge, and strong stakeholder management.
