Description
The ERDM Sr. AI Operations Analyst will ensure the accuracy, trustworthiness, and compliance of Sales and Finance AI chat assistants. The role defines business requirements and user stories, develops AI testing and validation frameworks, verifies bookings and revenue metrics against Snowflake data, conducts UAT and release testing, prevents hallucinations, and supports executive use cases. It also leads Finance user adoption, onboarding, training, communications, and feedback collection. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of experience in business analysis, finance analytics, or FP&A operations, AI or conversational AI experience, SQL and Snowflake knowledge, and familiarity with AI/LLM fundamentals.
