Sword is hiring an AI & Automation Engineer to deliver secure, scalable automation and AI solutions for clients using Microsoft technologies. The role covers the full delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Azure services, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, and early-life support. The engineer will work with clients, consultants, architects, and project teams to turn business needs into workflows, integrations, and production-ready solutions while applying governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI standards.
