STILORD is hiring an AI & Automation Manager to identify manual, slow, or complex e-commerce and company processes and build automated solutions that increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve revenue. The role involves designing and developing AI workflows, automating product setup and cross-platform integrations, creating automated analyses and decision-support systems, optimizing advertising and creative content, testing AI tools, and transferring prototypes into stable processes. The position requires practical AI and automation experience, familiarity with n8n, Make, Zapier, LLMs, APIs, and data integrations, and ideally knowledge of Python or JavaScript; e-commerce experience is advantageous. The role is based in Essen with a home-office option.
