Description
Talan is hiring an AI & Data Engineer to support the production rollout of analytics and artificial intelligence solutions in a regulated financial-sector environment. The role covers the full lifecycle of data and AI solutions, including data pipelines, hybrid architectures, machine learning and generative AI models, OCR, document processing, RAG, CI/CD, MLOps, API integration, model governance, documentation, and collaboration with business, IT, compliance, and risk teams. Candidates need higher education in a relevant field, at least five years of experience in data engineering, data science, or AI, strong Python, SQL, and Git skills, and fluent French and English.
