The AI & Data Lead will drive the AI & Data business in the Malmö region, develop customer relationships and new business opportunities, and lead complex client engagements and transformation initiatives. The role combines business development, consulting, team leadership, and external project delivery, with responsibility for shaping AI & Data offerings and translating customer needs into value. Candidates should have a management or technology consulting background, AI & Data expertise, experience implementing AI solutions, and experience leading teams and complex transformations.
