Description
Proalpha is hiring a full-time AI and Data Platform Architect to lead the company-wide GenAI, agent, and data platform. The role defines scalable architectures, builds MCP servers and orchestration patterns, establishes data products and governance, develops event-driven workflows, and guides technology decisions and roadmaps. It requires a computer science degree or comparable qualification, several years of software development and architecture experience, strong Python, cloud, LLM, agent, and event-streaming skills, and very good German and good English. The position can be performed at one of Proalpha’s locations across Germany or from home office.
