CAIS is hiring an AI & Data Systems Engineer to join its Business Transformation team and configure, integrate, and deploy technology solutions across platforms including Snowflake, Salesforce, N8N, Airtable, DataHub, and AI tools. The role focuses on API and data integrations, Snowflake queries and reporting, intelligent automation, data cataloging, software delivery practices, documentation, and cross-functional partnership with Engineering and InfoSec. Candidates should have 2–5 years of systems, automation, or data engineering experience, with fintech experience preferred. The role offers a New York base salary of $125,000–$160,000, subsidized healthcare, dental and vision insurance, retirement matching, wellness programs, paid time off, parental leave, and a flexible hybrid model requiring at least three days in the office per week.
