TrustFlight is hiring a full-time AI & Digital Solutions Engineer in a hybrid role based in Bracknell, United Kingdom. The position audits and automates operational workflows across consultant scheduling, travel logistics, contractor management, client communications, and related Business Development and Product processes using AI, LLMs, no-code/low-code platforms, and scheduling systems. The role requires a relevant degree, academic study of AI and machine learning, familiarity with automation tools, and strong analytical and communication skills. It offers 37.5 hours per week, core hours of 09:00–17:00, and a hybrid pattern requiring at least three office days initially, with two to three days thereafter.
