Vicoland is hiring an AI & Platform Innovation Engineer to develop AI-agentic solutions, architect scalable AI-first software, own the full development pipeline, and lead architectural discussions and code reviews. The role requires experience with AI agents, production-grade software, AI-assisted software engineering tools, evaluation methods, and autonomous collaboration. It is remote-friendly and flexible, with work locations within ±3 hours of Central European Time, including Barcelona, Berlin, Frankfurt, Leipzig, and Sevilla.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience developing AI agents and integrating them into workflows
Hands-on experience building production-grade software with AI components
Experience with AI-assisted software engineering tools and models
Experience designing evaluation sets and using LLM-as-judge, ground-truth data, tracing, and observability
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience integrating AI into SaaS business workflows
Familiarity with modern AI tooling, including agents, memory systems, and vector databases
Experience leading a tech team or architecting across the stack
Professional proficiency in German
