INFUSE is hiring an AI & Software Solutions Architect to guide architectural decisions across its products and teams. Reporting to the Director of Technology, the role reviews internal and vendor solutions, establishes engineering standards, modernises legacy systems, defines guardrails for production LLM and agentic systems, supports Kubernetes and observability, builds prototypes, and conducts technical interviews. The position requires at least five years of software engineering experience, including three years owning architectural decisions for production systems, along with AWS, Kubernetes, LLM, Python or Node.js, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Kafka or RabbitMQ, and related experience. It is a fully remote, long-term B2B collaboration with a Monday-Friday schedule and monthly USD payments.
