Trustpilot is hiring an AI and Technical Learning Manager to build and scale AI adoption and technical learning across the company. The role designs AI learning strategies, consults with functional leaders on AI use cases, manages technical skills programmes and apprenticeship funding, measures adoption and impact, and benchmarks learning maturity. It requires hands-on AI adoption and digital transformation experience, technical fluency with Generative AI and LLMs, change-management and stakeholder-influence skills, and experience building technical capability at scale.
