Hyper Solutions is seeking an AI & Technology Analyst for a two-year rotational program in Richmond, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate or up to two years post-graduation with a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering. This role involves identifying and implementing AI and automation opportunities within various business functions, designing and deploying production-ready automations, validating data integrity, presenting project results to leadership, and collaborating with business leaders. The successful applicant will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and train new members.
