ISHIR is hiring a full-time, hybrid AI Android Software Engineer – Reliability in Plano, Texas. The role combines Android, Kotlin, C++, and .NET/C# software engineering with production debugging, root-cause analysis, AI-assisted diagnostics, log and telemetry analysis, RAG workflows, and automation to reduce MTTR and improve system reliability. The engineer will diagnose complex production issues, develop durable fixes, integrate diagnostics into CI/CD and defect-tracking systems, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
