Description
Auction.com is hiring an AI Applications Engineer to build secure, scalable AI-powered applications, agents, and workflow automations using Claude and other emerging AI technologies. The role partners with Finance, HR, Legal, Technology, Security, and Compliance teams to identify manual workflows, integrate LLMs and APIs, move solutions to production, and establish monitoring, permissions, audit trails, and governance controls. Candidates need at least three years of software or application development experience, Python or JavaScript/TypeScript skills, experience with Claude or comparable enterprise LLM platforms, and knowledge of RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool/function calling, and AI agents. The position offers a base salary of $145,000 to $165,000 per year, an annual performance bonus, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
