Plaud is hiring an AI Application Engineer to design and build AI agent application systems, develop retrieval systems integrated with agent reasoning and workflows, collaborate with product and cross-functional teams, and improve the reliability, adaptability, and performance of AI capabilities. The role requires at least three years of software engineering experience in AI, backend systems, or related fields, along with strong programming fundamentals in Python, Go, or similar languages and practical knowledge of LLM applications and model-based workflows.
