Five9 is hiring an AI Platform Engineer to build and operate the cloud platform that supports its AI solutions. The role covers infrastructure as code, CI/CD and delivery pipelines, model and agent runtime, data and integration plumbing, security and governance controls, reusable components, observability, reliability, and incident response. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of platform, DevOps, infrastructure, or MLOps engineering experience, and hands-on cloud, Terraform, container, and MLOps/LLMOps expertise. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office.
