TTEC is hiring an AI Architect to own the architecture layer across its Automation, AI & Intelligence, and Product Engineering pillars. The role defines multi-model AI platform architecture, agent and orchestration patterns, cross-pillar integrations, AI governance standards, observability, risk tiers, and architectural reviews. It requires 12 years of software and systems architecture experience, including at least 4 years focused on AI/ML systems, LLM application architecture, or intelligent automation at enterprise scale, along with hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, MCP, and production agentic systems. The role is based in the Denver metro area with hybrid presence at the Greenwood Village office and occasional travel, with an anticipated compensation range of 150,000-180,000 USD.
