ServiceNow is hiring an AI Architect to lead the development, implementation, adoption, and value realization of internal and customer-facing agentic AI solutions. The role combines hands-on ServiceNow AI configuration and solution-building with enterprise architecture, technical advisory, proof-of-concept delivery, stakeholder management, enablement, and accelerator development. Candidates need 10+ years of technology implementation or solution delivery experience, advisory or consulting experience, and either deep ServiceNow platform expertise or an extensive AI, machine learning, or data science background. The position offers a base pay range of $221,200 to $387,100 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits, and requires travel of up to 50% annually.
