TQL is hiring an AI Architect in Tampa, Florida, to define and lead enterprise-wide AI architecture across its logistics and freight brokerage ecosystem. The role partners with Engineering, Product, Data, and Operations to design secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient AI systems, including LLM applications, RAG, intelligent agents, vector databases, MLOps, and integrations with broker tools and APIs. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, 7–12+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, cloud architecture, or enterprise software engineering, and hands-on experience with Azure, Python, microservices, event-driven architectures, and related AI technologies. Azure certifications are preferred, and employment visa sponsorship is unavailable.
