TQL is hiring an AI Architect in Cincinnati, Ohio, to define and lead enterprise-wide AI architecture across its logistics and freight brokerage ecosystem. The role partners with Engineering, Product Management, Data, and Operations to design, govern, integrate, and scale secure, reliable, cost-efficient AI systems using Azure, Python, microservices, event-driven architectures, RAG, vector databases, MLOps, and related technologies. Responsibilities include AI strategy, solution design, technical leadership, data and integration architecture, governance, observability, and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, 7–12+ years of experience, and Azure certifications are preferred; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
