This role involves defining and maintaining AI platform architecture across various models and platforms, ensuring cross-pillar technical coherence, establishing AI governance standards, and leading emerging technology innovation. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in AI/ML systems, particularly large language model APIs and agent frameworks, and will contribute to shaping how a major BPO organization utilizes AI.
