The employer is hiring an AI-assisted software developer in Hamburg to independently build and maintain internal software, automations, APIs, authorization systems, and app-related features using Claude Code and Codex. The role requires strong prompt-writing and AI-agent-coaching skills, basic API knowledge, independent problem-solving, and strong German and English skills. Experience with AI-supported software development is required, while a computer science degree is not; experience with app development is a plus.
