Description
The AI Assisted Software Engineer develops production-ready software by translating business requirements into code, operating AI coding agents, and contributing to design, refactoring, testing, code review, and solution deployment. The role also leads AI-assisted coding workflows, codebase management, test automation, knowledge transfer, and the adoption of AI tools for legacy refactoring and scalable development systems. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of software engineering experience, hands-on experience with AI coding tools, and experience with modern programming languages, databases, full-lifecycle development, refactoring, automated testing, and large codebases.
