BCG Platinion is hiring an AI Software Engineer to design agentic platforms, autonomous software delivery pipelines, and intelligent systems for enterprise clients. The role covers LLM orchestration, coding agents, rule sets, toolchains, evaluation frameworks, CI/CD and DevSecOps integrations, automated testing, platform engineering, client-facing specification work, and AI governance. Candidates should have a relevant degree, hands-on experience with AI coding agents, knowledge of agent evaluation and orchestration concepts, fluency in German and English, and willingness to travel.
