LGI Santé Solutions is hiring an AI-augmented software developer for its R&D team to develop and maintain enterprise B2B application modules for healthcare software. The role uses C#, .NET Core, Java, Angular, React, and Kubernetes, with AI-assisted coding, testing, documentation, debugging, code reviews, and clinical data integrations. The developer will also research AI tools and models, take ownership of deliverables through production, and comply with Quebec’s Loi 25 / LSSSS regulatory framework. At least five years of software development experience is required, along with strong object-oriented programming, algorithmic logic, communication, and autonomous learning skills.
