Citi is hiring a senior individual contributor AI-Augmented Full-Stack Engineer for its Banking Technology organization. The role designs, develops, and ships full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular; embeds AI development tools into the engineering workflow; provides technical leadership and mentorship; and applies data, cloud-native, security, and regulatory judgment. Candidates need at least six years of software engineering experience, senior or lead experience on complex enterprise systems, financial-services or regulated-environment experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The position is full time and pays $120,800 to $170,800.
