Description
OpenLoop is hiring an AI Automation Analyst to build and maintain production AI agents and integrations for its revenue operations. The role owns end-to-end builds across CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Make.com, Jira, NetSuite, and other systems, including prompt design, tool wiring, testing, error handling, monitoring, documentation, migration readiness, and impact measurement. Candidates need 2–5 years of revenue, marketing, sales, systems, or automation experience, hands-on CRM and automation-platform experience, LLM-building experience, and strong written communication. The position is full-time in Lima, Peru, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 100% covered EPS and Oncology insurance.
