Clara is hiring an AI Automation Engineer to build and ship AI-powered prospecting, SDR, lifecycle, onboarding, and retention tools. The role focuses on agents, workflows, API integrations, lead scoring, routing, and handoffs across sales and lifecycle platforms, with a strong emphasis on rapid prototyping, testing, and measuring impact on pipeline, activation, and customer acquisition costs. Candidates need at least two years of hands-on experience building automation or AI products, familiarity with workflow platforms and CRM/lifecycle systems, basic scripting ability, and strong communication skills.
