PointClickCare is hiring a remote AI Automation Engineer to build and support AI agents and intelligent workflows across its corporate platform. The role focuses on Microsoft Azure AI tools, orchestration and automation, API and script development, testing, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and responsible-AI safeguards. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 3–5 years of software or cloud engineering experience, exposure to AI agent orchestration, hands-on Azure experience, familiarity with RAG or vector databases, experience with multiple LLMs and prompt engineering, proficiency in Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript, and knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and cloud deployment practices. The position is remote, with occasional travel to Mississauga or Salt Lake City for in-office events, and offers a Canadian base salary of $115,000–$130,000.
