WorkHero is hiring an Automation Engineer to partner with HVAC contractors, Senior Office Managers, and engineers to map undocumented business processes, design and ship AI-powered automations, and own them in production. The role focuses on process discovery, workflow and API integrations, agentic tooling, error handling, fallbacks, and identifying patterns that can be generalized across accounts. It is remote or hybrid in Cambridge, Massachusetts, reports to the Co-founder, and offers $100,000 to $130,000 in base compensation plus equity.
