CWS Workwear is hiring an AI Automation Expert to develop intelligent automation and AI solutions. The role analyzes business processes, identifies automation opportunities, and takes selected use cases from concept through prototype and production deployment. Responsibilities include building workflows and automations with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform, developing AI agents and digital assistants, creating rapid prototypes and MVPs, integrating Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems, and connecting systems through APIs, connectors, and webhooks. The profile requires practical process and workflow automation experience, Power Platform or comparable automation experience, generative AI and LLM experience, and knowledge of APIs, JSON, and webhooks; Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript knowledge is ideal.
