Description
The AI Automation Specialist will design, build, deploy, optimize, and maintain 10–15 production-ready AI-powered workflows each month across sales, recruiting, operations, and client success. The role owns the full automation lifecycle, collaborates with cross-functional teams, monitors reliability and business impact, and builds scalable, secure, well-documented systems. Preferred tools include Zapier, Make, n8n, OpenAI, Claude, HubSpot, Salesforce, Workable, Airtable, and Google Sheets. The position offers remote work from home or any location of the employee’s choice and requires a minimum 15 Mbps primary internet connection, a qualifying desktop or laptop, a backup device, webcam, headset, and quiet home-office space.
