Description
Latch is hiring a Bioinformatics Engineer for its Biologics Drug Discovery team to build ground-truth benchmark datasets and evaluate AI agents on biologics therapeutics data. The role involves variant ranking, enrichment analysis, advancement prioritization, and interpretation of binding kinetics, biophysical stability, and cell-based potency data. It requires at least two years of biologics discovery or development experience, Python or R proficiency, and familiarity with antibody or protein engineering, structural biology, high-throughput screening, PK/PD modeling, or bioprocess constraints. The position is a 40-hour-per-week 1099 or W8-BEN contract with fully performance-based pay of $120,000–$180,000, and can be remote, hybrid, or onsite in San Francisco.
