Latch is hiring a Bioinformatics Engineer for its Oligonucleotide Drug Discovery team to help build intelligent agents that analyze complex biological data across drug discovery and development workflows. The role involves working with genetic targets, mechanism-of-action selection, ASO/siRNA design, screening, functional characterization, and pharmacology, and requires experience with oligonucleotide therapeutics, drug target validation, functional or population genomics, drug discovery workflows, and AI agents. The position is a 40-hour-per-week 1099 or W8-BEN contract with performance-based pay of $120,000–$180,000, and can be remote, hybrid, or onsite in San Francisco.
