Hyde is hiring an AI Builder to lead applied AI strategy and execution across Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and Research tracks. The role involves building and deploying training and inference systems for reinforcement-learning-based enterprise agents, translating stakeholder problems into scoped AI systems, evaluating and refining models, and publishing research. Candidates should have applied machine learning, reinforcement learning, evaluation, product engineering, or management consulting experience, along with software engineering and programming skills. The position is full-time and in person, with competitive compensation at the 90th percentile or higher.
